Property Maintenance

Texas Lawn and Stone Serves Dallas, Rockwall, Hunt, Kaufman, Collin and Van Zandt Counties.

Property Maintenance

Texas Lawn and Stone provides both Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance. Visits will be performed by a uniform crew and include mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing off of any debris. Maintenance can be scheduled on a weekly, bi- weekly or one-time basis. The weekly service keeps your yard looking its best. Our prompt, reliable, expert service comes to your house the same day each week and is in and out in a matter of minutes.

Bush and Bed Maintenance

Bush and Bed Maintenance includes trimming, mulching, cultivating, and weed removal. This service is charged on an hourly basis by a minimum of a two- man crew. (Minimum of one hour)

Seasonal Color

Seasonal Color is an optional service provided by Texas Lawn and Stone designed to heighten the curb appeal of your property. Bought from only the best local growers, our color is guaranteed to stand out.

Landscape and Grass Installation

Landscape Installation

While meeting with a professional landscape representative, we will work with you to best determine the option to suit your needs after discussing the many possibilities and answering any questions you may have. Things to think about include size, style and plant material.

We work to help our customers visualize the landscape investment they are making to increase the value of their property. With our landscape architect that can draft your landscape package to give you a better visual idea of the end result of your investment before it is installed.

Grass Installation

The most common grass installation types are St. Augustine and Bermuda. Because we buy directly from the grower we guarantee to keep our prices competitive. From residental installation to large acerage jobs, we do it all.

Patios and Walkways

Want to spruce up your patio or maybe extend it? Texas Lawn and Stone can increase your square footage with either concrete or natural stone options or can overlay your existing concrete patio with stone.

Mailboxes

Mailboxes are constructed of stone and/or brick and can include optional planters.

Fireplaces, Fire pits, Outdoor Kitchens and Arbors

Fireplaces, fire pits and outdoor kitchens can be constructed with stone or brick or a mixture of both. From the traditional fireplace to a round fire pit with sitting areas for warmth to stone bars and built in grills make your place the #1 for outdoor entertainment.
